Limiters

REMEC D&S has a complete line of limiters operating from 100 MHz to 40 GHz. REMEC D&S currently has designs in microstrip, coaxial and stripline configurations. REMEC D&S offers PIN, Schottky and switched limiters with power handling capabilities from 2 KW peak to 180 W CW. Additionally, REMEC D&S has designed and manufactured power-time products up to 15 KW-microseconds.
