Time Delay Units
6-bit Time Delay Unit utilizing Silicon PIN diode monolithic switches and Silicon Dioxide cable for stable delay and phase performance over a -55°C to +70°C operating temperature range. Other features include integral transmit and receive switches and high intercept point amplifiers.
