REMEC D&S uses a high level of volume manufacturing expertise to take unfinished products or difficult to build products and help the customer complete documentation or redesign the product for cost effective manufacturing tune and test.
REMEC D&S incorporates customer documentation directly into existing IT and manufacturing systems, to ensure a smooth and successful transition.
REMEC D&S has multi-program experience duplicating customer processes as well as producibility, reliability, and process enhancements. Our staff will train and certify operators to customer build-to-print requirements.
A REMEC D&S Build-to-Print program features dedicated program management, engineering support, design and program review meetings, regular status reports, production configuration and other manufacturing documentation as required by the customer.
REMEC D&S also offers full build-to-print contract manufacturing capabilities certified to ISO 9001:2000 in our REMEC Mexico facility. Located a short drive from our San Diego facilities; REMEC Mexico offers very competitive labor rates to manufacture and test RF, microwave and mmWave type products.
